Remove needles evenly and straight—no turning to avoid stepper motor damage
Mark needle midpoints for perfect alignment post-swap
Peel off old face, clean surface, apply the new overlay, realign needles, and reassemble
Optional: upgrade to LED or red-needle conversion while cluster is open
Installation takes ~1hr and is fully reversible.
