Overview

Sagging door panels and missing tabs are a common issue on aging E36s — especially after interior reupholstery or speaker work. This repair kit is a permanent fix that restores your door cards back to a factory-tight fit using clearly labeled, shape-specific tabs for each model and door type.

Built from carbon fiber-infused polycarbonate, these replacements are strong, heat-resistant, and designed to last decades longer than the brittle factory pieces. Whether you're restoring a Coupe, Sedan, Touring, or Convertible, this kit covers everything you need.

Left-side, right-side and paired options

Choose the kit for your door and body style. Coupe kits cover the upper tabs only. Use the recommended adhesive; do not use hot glue.

Install in shape order on each side (mirrored for left/right)

Install time per door: ~20–30 minutes (plus adhesive cure time)
