This is a brand new replacement C pillar trim for the BMW E36, made to replace the original piece properly instead of repairing worn out old plastic.

Install it like how you would with the OEM ones, but the design of the E36 interior trim is really awful, so here are a few tips for you:

Remove the door gasket, rear seat back for easier & safer install
Remove the interior light assembly to see through the hole for tab alignment
DO NOT apply strong force; the tabs should slide in effortlessly if you align them correctly
