I’m buying the modules for phone charging that fit above the ash tray, so don’t really need a charger IN the ash tray as well, but am desperate for storage, would you consider making a storage only insert? While one can use the OEM tray, it looks like what it is and a clean cubby for a passenger phone, etc would be great!
And a replacement tray that’s not wireless that deletes the rear (useless when the elbow rest is down) cup holder and increases storage there would also be great!

The product is fantastic and works exceptionally well. It seamlessly integrates into the ash tray. However, the installation process for the 2-port charger with a voltmeter is more complex than the instructional video suggests. It involves removing the center console trim to access the wiring behind the cigarette lighter and splicing the wires. If the instructional video was more informative, I would easily give this product a 5-star rating.
We have a huge catalog of products and couldn't manage to shoot videos of all products unfortunately. We assume our customers to be DIY savvy dudes as we are BMW owners XD. Thank you for your positive review nontheless!
