Overview

Keep the door card. Replace the broken mounting tabs.

Repair the mounting points on your original E38 door card with individually shaped, labelled replacement tabs. Made from carbon-infused polycarbonate, each piece has a designated position to help you identify where it belongs.

Bond the replacement tabs in place with a suitable epoxy or AB adhesive, following the installation guidance. Choose the kit for the front or rear door and the side you are repairing.

Fitment has been tested on short-wheelbase E38 models only. Fitment for iL models is not confirmed.

Installation

On the RIGHT SIDE (Passenger side on the Left Drive Car model) - The number of every part is RA / RB / RC...etc. (RA-RJ)

On the LEFT SIDE (Driver side on the Left Drive Car model) - The number of every part is AЯ/ ᙠЯ/ ƆЯ...etc. (RA-RH)

We recommend using strong adhesives for installation such as epoxy or AB glue.
