Need to return an item, change an order, or report a problem?

Return Window & Condition

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 20 calendar days after receiving your item. Please obtain return instructions before sending the item back.

Items must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and in their original condition, with the supplied components and packaging.

We inspect returned items before approving a refund or store credit. These commercial return conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Store Credit or Refund

For eligible voluntary returns, you may choose:

Store Credit: The eligible returned item's purchase price will be issued as store credit with no restocking fee.
Refund: The eligible returned item's purchase price will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee, where permitted by law.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Rendition Design supplied the wrong item, the item is defective, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Any restocking fee is calculated on the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts.

No restocking fee applies to a valid statutory withdrawal or to a remedy for a defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied item.

Refund Method

All approved monetary refunds are processed through PayPal.

This applies regardless of the payment method originally used at checkout. Please provide a valid PayPal email address when requested so we can process your refund.

This policy is subject to any mandatory refund-method requirements under applicable law. Refund processing time may vary depending on PayPal and your financial institution.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Specification Items

Personalized items and products manufactured to your individual specifications are generally excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns.

These items cannot normally be canceled once production has started.

A standard catalog item is not automatically considered personalized simply because it is produced after an order is placed.

Custom-item exclusions do not remove your rights if an item is defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied.

Used, Installed or Modified Items

Items that have been installed, altered, wired, modified, damaged, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them are generally not eligible for voluntary returns.

Please inspect and test-fit all parts before permanent installation, wiring, cutting, or modification.

Wrong Option or Fitment Selected

Please check your chassis, body style, model year, finish, and product option before ordering.

If you selected the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Eligible unused items may be returned or exchanged within the same 20-day notification period.

Customer-responsible shipping charges apply where lawful.

If Rendition Design supplied the wrong item or the product does not match the stated fitment, contact us for a remedy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment starts.

If production or fulfillment has already started, an accepted voluntary cancellation may incur a 15% cancellation fee, where permitted by law.

The 15% cancellation fee and the 15% return restocking fee will not both be charged for the same item.

Personalized orders cannot ordinarily be canceled after production begins.

These restrictions and fees do not apply where you have a statutory cancellation right or where we cannot fulfill the order as agreed.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Email support@rdtnshop.com promptly with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos
A short video where helpful

Please keep the product and packaging while the issue is being investigated.

A continuous unboxing video is helpful supporting evidence but is not the only acceptable form of evidence.

Do not return, repair, modify, or discard an affected item before contacting us.

Warranty

Eligible Rendition Design products include a six-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

EU & Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Where EU statutory withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after receiving the last item in the order, subject to legal exceptions such as personalized goods.

Returned goods must normally be sent within 14 days after notifying us.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the payments required by law, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost for a fully withdrawn order.

No restocking or cancellation fee applies to a valid statutory withdrawal.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights. Where mandatory law provides different or stronger rights, those rights take priority.
