“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rendition Design. These Terms apply to your use of rdtnshop.com and purchases made through our store.
Using Our Store
You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.
You may not:
- Use the store unlawfully
- Submit fraudulent orders
- Interfere with store security
- Upload malicious software
- Abuse our systems or services
We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons including suspected fraud, abuse, service limitations, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Products & Fitment
Review the product description, vehicle fitment, model year, body style, finish, options, and installation requirements before ordering.
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle.
Inspect and test-fit all parts before permanent installation, wiring, cutting, adhesive installation, or modification.
Use a qualified installer where specialist installation skills are required.
Product photos and screen colors may differ slightly from physical products.
Natural, raw, handmade, or unfinished materials may display normal characteristics described on the product page.
This does not excuse a manufacturing defect, materially inaccurate description, or incorrect stated fitment.
Rendition Design products are aftermarket products and are not represented as original BMW products unless explicitly stated.
Vehicle manufacturer names are used to identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement.
Prices & Currency
Our base store currency is USD.
Displayed currency and pricing may vary depending on your location or selected market.
The final amount payable, including product price, discounts, shipping, and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.
Prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not increase the amount owed on an existing accepted order.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
An order is considered paid once the applicable payment provider confirms successful payment.
Processing & Production
Estimated dispatch times after payment:
- Standard items: 5–10 business days.
- Made-to-order gauge overlays and diffusers: 15–25 business days.
- Steering wheels: 25–35 business days.
A specific lead time stated on the selected product or finish applies to that item.
Business days exclude weekends and Taiwan public holidays.
Priority shipping does not shorten production or processing time.
Shipping
Shipping options, rates, free-shipping thresholds, import-duty arrangements, tracking procedures, and delivery terms are explained in our Shipping Policy.
The shipping option and final charge displayed at checkout apply to your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Eligible voluntary return requests must be made within 20 calendar days after receiving the item.
Voluntary monetary refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee where permitted by law.
Eligible store-credit returns do not carry a restocking fee.
Custom or personalized products may be excluded from voluntary returns and cancellation after production begins.

Warranty
Eligible Rendition Design products include a six-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are explained in our Warranty Policy.
This commercial warranty does not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Installation & Modification
Damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, modification, misuse, racing, or other customer-caused damage may not be covered by warranty.
An unrelated modification or use of a third-party installer does not automatically remove coverage for an independent manufacturing defect.
Intellectual Property
Original Rendition Design text, photography, graphics, branding, product designs, and other content belong to Rendition or their respective rights holders.
They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where allowed by law.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services including:
- Shopify
- Payment providers
- Shipping carriers
- Analytics providers
- Marketing platforms
These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Rendition Design remains responsible for obligations applicable to us as the seller.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rendition Design is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's intended application.
Our contractual liability may be limited to the purchase price of the affected product where legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used for orders, support, store operation, analytics, and marketing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights that apply in their country of residence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
Policy Updates
Updated Terms apply prospectively.
We do not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing order without a lawful basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights.
